I swear the Downton Abbey theme song started playing majestically in my head when I saw this picture! She looks stunning! Her hair is perfect & the exposed shoulder is divine! I’d remark on the cut of the gown, but I don’t care because the skirt is a gorgeous shade of blue & the black bodice set against her pale skin is divine.
